Fbje Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules for Members

1. General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the fbje platform and all its members. By registering, logging in, or using any fbje service, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms in full.

Fbje has always believed in full transparency. This document has been written in clear, plain language so that all members in Bangladesh can easily understand their rights and obligations.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These terms apply to fbje's website, mobile app, and all related services. They remain in effect from the time of registration until account closure.

• Fbje may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and you will be notified of any changes.
• Continued use of the service after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Management

To open an account on fbje, you must provide accurate and complete information. fbje reserves the right to terminate any account that contains incorrect or false details.

2.1 One Account Only

Only one fbje account is permitted per person, household, or address. If a member is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Password Security

The security of your account is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. No fbje staff member will ever ask for your password or OTP.

• Use a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols).
• We recommend changing your password regularly.
• If someone else accesses your account, notify fbje immediately.

2.3 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. A copy of your National ID or passport is required. Verification is typically completed within 12–24 hours.

3. Age & Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to use fbje's services. These requirements are non-negotiable.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All deposit and withdrawal processes on fbje are fully transparent. There are no hidden fees or conditions. Full details are provided below.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• BKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers are accepted.
• Payment methods must be registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Suspicious transactions may be held pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Your first withdrawal must be made using the same method as your deposit.
• Withdrawals to bKash/Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–4 hours.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Fbje adheres to international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. Accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns may be subject to investigation. fbje reserves the right to verify any transaction.

5. Bonus & Promotion Rules

Fbje's bonus system is among the most transparent in Bangladesh's betting industry. General bonus rules are outlined below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit.
• To receive the bonus, a deposit must be made within 7 days of registration.
• The required wager must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, a 10x wager means you must place ৳10,000 in bets for a ৳1,000 bonus. The wagering period is typically 30 days.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or placing bets in unusual patterns — may result in fbje cancelling the bonuses and suspending the account.

6. Betting Rules

There are general rules that apply to all betting activity on fbje. These rules apply equally to every member.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an incorrect bet is placed due to a system error, fbje will investigate and make a final determination.
• In Sports Betting, live match results are final.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own maximum and minimum bet limits. Limits may change for special events. VIP members enjoy higher betting limits.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during Live Betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. fbje is not responsible for any odds changes caused by network delays.

7. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair and secure platform, fbje strictly prohibits the following activities.

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Attempting to manipulate or rig game outcomes.
• Money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• Misconduct toward fbje staff.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Fbje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

8.1 Closure by fbje

• In cases of rule violation.
• If fraud or deception is detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• For extended inactivity (12 months) – prior notification will be sent.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time by contacting Support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked inactive after 12 months of no activity. fbje will notify you by email or SMS. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

9. Responsible Gaming

Fbje believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. That is why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

9.1 Setting Limits

Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel you are losing control of your gambling, you can contact support to request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

• Short-term break: 1 day to 6 months.
• Long-term exclusion: 6 months to 5 years.
• Permanent Ban: Permanent account closure.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Fbje takes your personal data seriously. We comply with international data protection standards.

10.1 Data Collection

Fbje only collects information necessary to provide its services, including your name, phone number, payment details, and KYC documents.

10.2 Use of Information

• For account verification and management.
• For payment processing.
• For fraud prevention and security.

11. Dispute Resolution

Fbje is committed to resolving all complaints and disputes quickly and fairly.

11.1 Complaints Process

1. First, submit your complaint via Live Chat or email us at support@fbje.ws.
2. An initial response will be provided within 48 hours.
3. Complex cases may take 5–7 business days.
4. Additional information may be requested if necessary.

11.2 Final Decision

The decision of fbje's senior team is final. If both parties remain unsatisfied, the matter may be referred to an independent third party for arbitration.

12. Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

Fbje reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, while remaining committed to our responsibilities toward members.

12.1 Change Notification

• For major changes, you will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days in advance.
• Minor changes will be shown as notifications on the platform.
• The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.

12.2 Continued Use After Changes

If you continue using fbje services after updated Terms & Conditions take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
