Registration & Account

To register on fbje, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number (for OTP verification), your full name and date of birth, and a strong password. You must be at least 18 years old. A National ID will be required later for withdrawals.

Registration on fbje typically takes just 2 minutes. Fill in the form, verify your OTP — and your account is ready.

No, only one account per person is allowed. Having multiple accounts violates our terms, and if detected, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended.

A mobile OTP is the primary verification method. Adding an email is optional but recommended for password recovery. If you do add one, verifying it is a good idea.

KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal. Simply upload photos of the front and back of your National ID along with a selfie. Approval usually takes within 24 hours.

Some details can be changed before KYC verification is complete. Once KYC is verified, a name change requires contacting support with a valid reason.

Enter your friend's code in the "Referral Code" field on the registration form. Once registration is complete, both of you will receive a bonus. Referral codes cannot be added after registration is finished.

Payments – Deposits & Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer are accepted. All payments must be made from an account registered in your name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

The minimum deposit is ৳200. To qualify for the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be at least ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are the fastest — funds typically appear in your balance within seconds.

bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is incomplete.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The daily withdrawal limit depends on your account level. VIP members are eligible for higher withdrawal amounts.

The default daily deposit limit is ৳50,000. You can lower this limit yourself in account settings. To increase it, contact support. Set a limit to keep your gaming responsible.

fbje currently accepts transactions in BDT only. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Crypto and foreign currency payments are not available at this time.

Yes. You can cancel an active bonus from Account Settings. Note that cancelling a bonus will also forfeit any winnings earned from that bonus.
